WELCOME
I’m Nicola, an independent micro-provider offering flexible, personalised support to people who want to stay independent and comfortable in their own homes and communities.
I know that having someone come into your home for support can feel stressful or uncomfortable, especially at first. I really understand this, and I’m very mindful of it. My aim is to make receiving support feel as easy, respectful, and comfortable as possible, always at your pace, with you in control of how things are done.

Above all, I offer support that’s human, kind, and practical, helping people not just manage day-to-day but continue doing the things that matter to them.
I have been offering support in Somerset for the past 10 years, and previously I worked in hospitals in London.

I have a BA (Hons) in Design, am trained in reminiscence learning for dementia, and have extensive experience running workshops in schools and hospitals. I love helping people reconnect with hobbies and interests, or discover new ones. Whether it’s gardening, visiting libraries, getting out for walks in nature, or socialising, I believe that meaningful activities in our lives make a real difference to our well-being.

I can help with things like:
-
Companionship and emotional support
-
Support with hobbies, gardening, and creativity
-
Getting out into the community, appointments, or social activities
-
Cooking, cleaning, shopping, and light household tasks
-
Light gardening and practical help around the home
